Summary
Computer science is not just coding! Learn how to enrich your computer science program by integrating projects that allow students to showcase their computational thinking skills, creativity and problem solving abilities. Participants will receive hands-on experience with projects that allow students to use their computer science knowledge to create original designs with textiles, solderable & sewable programmable micro-controllers and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Participants will also experience how projects in an advanced computer course can be used to address social issues in a service learning project.
